About The Position

We're seeking a high-caliber Senior Associate with a strong strategy consulting background to support digital, AI, and technology transformation initiatives for a confidential Atlanta-based Utility & Energy client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI/digital transformation experience, excellent financial modeling and Excel skills, strong client workshop capabilities, and the ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong strategy consulting background.
• AI / Digital Transformation experience — Required.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience building financial models/business cases.
• Proven ability to prepare, facilitate, and run client workshops.
• Strong consulting toolkit, structured problem-solving, and analytical frameworks.
• Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Must be located in the Atlanta metro area.

Nice To Haves

• Big 4 / Top-Tier Consulting experience: PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Booz Allen Hamilton, or Oliver Wyman.
• Energy / Utilities experience.
• IT and technology transformation experience.
