Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

RampNew York, NY
$140,000 - $230,000

About The Position

Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth. Product Finance — Own models and KPIs, partner with Product and GTM, lead cross-functional planning. FP&A — Drive consolidated forecasting, run budgeting cycles, and build tooling to automate finance workflows. GTM Finance & Operations — Design scalable GTM processes, own KPI dashboards, and translate strategy into execution alongside operators.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities

  • Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
  • Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
