About The Position

This role supports the execution of special projects from initial scoping through analysis and delivery. The position involves assisting in structuring project workplans, timelines, and deliverables, and contributing to initiatives spanning strategy, operations, financial analysis, and organizational insight. The role also includes building and maintaining financial models, analytical tools, and scenario analyses, as well as analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. A key aspect is supporting the preparation of decision-ready analysis for leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic recommendations, synthesizing findings into clear summaries and presentations, and assisting with due diligence, benchmarking, and business case development. Cross-functional collaboration with teams across Finance, Operations, and Philanthropies is essential for gathering inputs and validating analyses. The role also requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outputs, and supporting communication and tracking of deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Finally, the role ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs, supports documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and project learnings, and contributes to ongoing improvements in analytical tools, templates, and project processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field required.
4–7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting complex, analytical, or cross‑functional projects preferred.
Exposure to professional services, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments a plus.

Responsibilities
