About The Position

Regeneron is seeking an R&D Associate to join its collaborative Immunology & Inflammation team in Tarrytown, New York. The role supports a broad research pipeline by conducting in vivo experiments in mice and in vitro assays, communicating regularly with the manager and team, and contributing in a team-driven environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a science-driven organization developing medicines for serious diseases.

Requirements

• BS or MS and 3–5 years of experience in allergy, asthma, or immunology.
• Demonstrated experience in tissue culture, including maintenance of transformed and primary cells, and cell-based assays.
• Experience with flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD.
• Basic computer skills and experience collecting and analyzing biological data.

Nice To Haves

• Training in proper mouse handling and care, general surgical techniques, and collection of blood and tissue samples.
• Experience with GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, SoftMax Pro, and Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Workbench software.

Responsibilities

• Handle and care for mice; perform general surgical techniques and collect blood and tissue samples.
• Conduct cell culture and in vitro experiments.
• Maintain laboratory facilities and equipment, and order supplies and reagents.
• Develop methods or technologies and troubleshoot to advance project goals.
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records.
• Interpret, analyze, and present research data.
• Collaborate frequently across departments in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
