In this role, you will develop and validate immunoassays while collaborating with Assay Development Group scientists and study directors. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field and three to six years of experience.
Hands-on immunoassay knowledge using multiple detection systems.
Understanding of methodologies measuring proteins and immunogenicity.
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice, FDA regulations, and company standard operating procedures.

Nice To Haves

Prior bioanalytical assay development experience is highly desirable.
Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and troubleshoot immunoassays, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, with minimal supervision.
Develop immunoassay methods and write validation protocols for study director review.
Perform validation experiments and prepare tabular results, reports, and procedure documents.
Process samples, run assays, and analyze data under current GxP guidance.
Evaluate new immunoassay technologies, formats, and techniques.
Operate laboratory instruments and oversee verifications or maintenance when required.
Oversee reagent preparation, laboratory supplies, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Manage multiple projects and clearly present results through reports or presentations.
