  • B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Cellular/Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or academic research.
  • Strong experience developing, validating, and executing cellular and biochemical assays.
  • Direct experience with induced proximity, molecular glues, bivalent degraders, ternary complexes, or related modalities.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex experimental systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Protein biochemistry, recombinant protein expression, molecular biology, cell culture, and Western blot.
  • Experience with NanoBRET, NanoBiT, TR-FRET, BRET, or imaging-based assays.
  • Familiarity with liquid handlers, plate washers, and automated/semi-automated laboratory systems.
  • Experience supporting drug discovery, screening, and lead optimization programs.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and ability to adapt to changing research priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute biochemical and cellular assays measuring protein–protein and protein–small molecule interactions.
  • Design and perform induced-proximity assays supporting screening, lead identification, and compound validation.
  • Analyze complex experimental datasets using GraphPad Prism, Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot assay performance and optimize protocols for quality, reproducibility, and throughput.
