This role supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Sales & Business Enablement Executive Director in executing strategic objectives and driving measurable outcomes across the CRE business. The Senior Associate will partner closely with CRE stakeholders, Business Support Management, and other internal partners to deliver reporting, tracking, skill-building, and sales enablement initiatives. The position involves translating data into insights and executive-ready materials to improve client and employee experiences, and contributing to broader Sales & Business Enablement programs.
