About The Position

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP (TKD) is seeking an experienced leasing attorney to join their Real Estate department. This role is for a highly motivated self-starter looking to advance their career in a supportive, collegial, and entrepreneurial mid-size firm environment. The firm emphasizes relationship building, employee development, and making a real impact from the start. TKD's Commercial Leasing Group represents landlords, tenants, subtenants, and asset managers in all aspects of structuring and leasing office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide. The Real Estate Group also advises clients on acquisition, leasing, asset management, finance, development, and investment.

Requirements

3-12 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Significant experience in office and retail leasing, financings, and sale-purchase transactions.
Demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
Solid academic background.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be admitted in New York.
Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities
