As a Senior Associate, Retention Strategy (Sportsbook) at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of customer facing loyalty campaigns and measurement of those campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Analytics & Finance to plan upcoming campaigns, recap previous campaign performance, and manage promotional budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a high attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to utilize and analyze data.
