About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Planner to join its team in Camden, Arkansas. The role supports program production teams—including manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, buyers, subcontract administrators, operations, and other support personnel—in producing tactical rocket motors on time and on budget. The position plans components to support manufacturing schedules and maintain MMAS compliance, uses the Oracle internal ERP system to maintain program schedules, and tracks raw materials and finished parts through assembly, shop areas, and final customer shipments. When schedules are affected, the planner collaborates with the team to develop a recovery plan, identifies and communicates potential scheduling concerns, helps develop solutions to minimize impacts, relays information to team members and management, and monitors procurement activities for schedule conformance. The role is based in Camden, AR, and follows a 4/10 schedule: 10-hour days, four days per week (Shift 3).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or a graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan components to support the manufacturing schedule and maintain MMAS compliance.
