Job Category We’re building and scaling a high-impact consumer fintech marketplace that connects millions of users with financial products tailored to their needs. As a Associate Product Manager, you’ll own critical parts of the user journey—from initial onboarding to offer experiences—and help drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue. This is a highly hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll run experiments, ship features, and directly influence business outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of growth, user experience, and marketplace dynamics, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects from idea to execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Curiosity and interest in fintech, marketplaces, or growth-focused product work

Responsibilities

  • Drive experimentation across core product surfaces (form flow, offer pages, monetization experiences)
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, revenue per user) to identify opportunities
  • Partner with Design to simplify and improve decision-making experiences for users
  • Collaborate with Engineering to scope, build, and launch high-impact features
  • Support expansion into new product verticals and monetization strategies
