About The Position

Capital One Product Management focuses on reimagining the status quo, finding opportunities to create value, and driving innovative, sustainable customer experiences through technology. In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of product management, with investment in your growth across four areas: human-centered product development, business focus, technology, and transformational leadership. You’ll collaborate with technology teams to define acceptance criteria, identify research needs, break business epics into features and user stories, and guide teams toward a minimum viable product for valid feature testing. You’ll use data and hypothesis-driven assessment to ensure products address real business needs, own and prioritize feature roadmaps, and follow processes that manage risk. In an agile environment, you’ll research and develop features using evolving technologies and work with designers, technologists, data scientists, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders to build customer solutions. You’ll also communicate product roadmaps, participate in horizontal forums, and build relationships across teams. The role is suited to someone who is intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, communicative and influential, action-oriented, organized, customer-focused, eager to learn, and collaborative. The position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
