We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our MIDDLE OFFICE OPERATIONS IBOR team. This role is located in Lake Mary In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead execution of core Middle Office IBOR reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client and operational outputs in line with service, risk, and control standards. Take ownership of complex exceptions, break resolution, and issue analysis, driving effective remediation and continuous improvement across processes. Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and Client Service to support change initiatives, platform enhancements, and implementation activity. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual touchpoints, and strengthen standardization through process optimization and disciplined operating practices. Contribute to a strong control environment by escalating risks proactively, supporting audit/compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and governance. Provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter support to colleagues, helping to build team capability and maintain high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Middle Office, IBOR, accounting services, or related investment operations disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of investment products and related lifecycle events.
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, exception management, and process governance within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, analyze issues effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy, client impact, and operational resilience.
