About The Position

Supports M&A deal activities, including financial analysis, market research, deal documentation, and transaction coordination under general supervision. Builds working knowledge of M&A methodology, valuation concepts, and the organization’s deal process. The M&A Deals Analyst II works independently on moderately complex analytical tasks within established frameworks, with work reviewed at key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models supporting acquisition valuations, scenario analyses, and deal return assessments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support opportunity identification and deal evaluation.
• Support due diligence activities by compiling, organizing, and summarizing target company information.
• Prepare deal documentation, presentation materials, and executive summaries for review by senior deal team members.
• Coordinate deal process logistics, including data room management, scheduling, and document tracking.
• Research M&A market developments, comparable transactions, and valuation benchmarks to inform deal analysis.
• Maintain deal pipeline tracking logs and assist with preparation of portfolio and activity reporting.
