About The Position

As the Senior Associate, Learning and Development, you will have the opportunity to impact the organization by enhancing functional curriculum and supporting global learning initiatives. You will support the Global Learning & Development team with training logistics management, program and curriculum evaluation & enhancements, data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc support for various learning initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Leadership & Development, you will collaborate closely with functional Learning Managers and the L&D Operations team to drive global learning efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business or related field
  • Two years of organizational and/or project management experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

  • Experience with learning management system (Workday)
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience in using Excel for advanced data analysis (for example VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Learning Management System to set up functional programs in partnership with Learning Manager
  • Support employee registration for courses, including communicating directly with employees, troubleshooting registration issues, and ensuring participants have registered correctly
  • Manage the learning experience before sessions by sending out pre-work and reminder emails
  • Analyze survey feedback and present key themes to Learning & Development Team
  • Analyze data and generate reports on program KPIs to demonstrate ROI & impact
  • Support facilitation of both in-person and virtual program sessions in a producer role
  • Partners with Learning Manager and L&D Operations to execute design and delivery of curriculum
  • Works with Learning Managers, SMEs, and L&D Operations to evaluate available curriculum and coordinate learning content updates
  • Works in partnership with vendors to coordinate logistics of learning programs including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and ensuring all materials and equipment are available
  • Submit and track invoice payments
  • Supports learning initiatives across functions to drive business priorities
  • Supports global program logistics as needed
