  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of trainers and instructional designers.

  • Design and deploy role-based certification paths (101/201/301 levels) for all studio roles with measurable certification standards.
  • Build the model for field training and franchisee onboarding, from FDD signature to opening day and beyond.
  • Train trainers, establish regional field coaches, and ensure new teams achieve certification before client service.
  • Maintain current, accessible, and enforceable operations manuals and brand standards, translating them into training and audits.
  • Own the New Studio Opening (NSO) playbook to ensure teams are fully certified on day one and ramp up faster.
  • Partner with Product, Chief Medical Officer, Medical Operations, and Regulatory to enable new service launches with clinical, operational, and selling training.
