About The Position

Infosys is looking for a Senior Associate Lead for its HR team. This is a hands-on, beginner level - individual contributor role focused on supporting a defined business unit through core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day people management support. In this role, the respective individual will support deployment of assigned HR processes, prepare various dashboards, analytics, plan, implement and monitor specific activities as guided by HR leaders to ensure HR delivery effectiveness. Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by ensuring a fair and effective feedback mechanism is delivered to achieve improved employee performance. Requirements

  • Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant work experience for MBA graduates.

  • Must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of assigned HR processes.
  • Prepare various dashboards and analytics.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor specific activities as guided by HR leaders to ensure HR delivery effectiveness.
  • Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by ensuring a fair and effective feedback mechanism is delivered to achieve improved employee performance.
  • Act as a highly engaged, approachable HR presence within the office—actively connecting with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to build strong workplace relationships.
  • Lead and support office-based employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing events, programs, and activities that enhance culture and employee experience.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of office events (e.g., town halls, celebrations, engagement campaigns), ensuring high participation and impactful experiences.
  • Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in speaking to large groups, including facilitating town halls, employee forums, and leadership sessions.
  • Proactively engage with employees on the floor to understand sentiment, gather feedback, and drive real-time interventions that strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with business leaders and workplace teams to ensure the office environment supports productivity, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing HR operations.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing the performance management framework.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing HR analytics / metrics and reporting.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing collaborator and vendor management.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing employer branding and positioning.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing unit-specific performance management framework.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing HR operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct.
