The HR Associate provides hands-on administrative and operational support across core human resources programs for Textron’s Corporate office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. The HR Associate supports employee lifecycle activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance and recordkeeping, reporting, and key initiatives such as the Summer Internship Program and Leadership Development Program.
