This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast and able to work fully remote. The role involves overseeing investor services inboxes, responding to client inquiries, handling ad-hoc requests, posting fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal, coordinating with other departments for approvals, managing investor expectations by communicating timelines for deliverables, ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices, assisting in updating and maintaining document processes and policies, and collaborating with the team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.
