About The Position
The Senior Associate, Integrated Investment assists in the media buying process for top clients, helping advance digital and linear buying. The role contributes to creating, innovating, and guiding the buying process and offers an opportunity to develop a media career while partnering with leading consumer brands. Omnicom Media requires employees to work in the office at least three days per week, unless their agency or manager directs additional in-office days. The company may modify the role’s duties and responsibilities as business needs change.
Requirements
- Ability to perform media financial operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with Media Bank or an equivalent inventory management system.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of buying experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily monitoring of network buys, set specific deadlines for schedules, and ensure resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Monitor cable and syndicated buys based on audience delivery data.
- Evaluate submissions and negotiate pricing.
- Prepare presentation materials containing relevant buy data for submission to the client.
- Train associates on network-buying best practices.
