About The Position

RealtyAds is seeking a Senior Associate, Growth, an ambitious sales professional ready to take ownership of the entire sales process. This role is designed for individuals who have already proven their ability to generate opportunities and are eager to accelerate their development into elite closers and future sales leaders. You will work directly with experienced sales leaders and top performers, running discovery calls, delivering demos, managing active opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. The role also involves continuing to build pipeline, as the best salespeople understand how to create opportunities. The position emphasizes the use of AI in sales for research, personalization, and execution. Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Research, identify, and engage target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms
  • Run tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across complex commercial real estate organizations
  • Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage opportunities and improve performance
  • Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI-powered workflows that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy
  • Learn the CRE industry from the ground up while becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and clients
