Requirements

• Shipped something independently (a project, campaign, newsletter, etc.) from idea to live.
• Strong writing skills: clear, direct, and audience-appropriate.
• Taste and judgment: ability to discern good from bad and articulate it.
• Proficiency in using AI as a core part of work, including building workflows, automating tasks, and using agents.
• Curious and resourceful: ability to figure things out independently.
• An interest in energy, climate, or the transition to clean power.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable with design or video tools (Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• An engineering or analytical mindset: thinking in systems and automating tasks.
• Some experience with growth or marketing campaigns.
• Degree in an analytical field (economics, engineering, maths, physics, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create content (short videos, emails, social posts, demos) to help people understand Modo Energy's products.
• Run campaigns for new market launches to drive user sign-ups.
• Own top-of-funnel growth metrics, identifying conversion drivers and opportunities.
• Report weekly on performance, iterate quickly, and ensure decisions are data-driven.
• Drive adoption of new features through creative, targeted outreach.
• Help tell Modo Energy's story as the company expands into new markets.
• Get under the skin of Modo Energy's products (market indices, revenue forecasts, AI Analyst Ko) and help set the standard for product marketing communication.
• Be creative, sharp, and ahead of the industry in audience reach and engagement.
• Have real opinions about what good looks like and the drive to execute them.
• Understand how power markets work, as Modo Energy aims to help capital flow more efficiently into clean energy infrastructure.
