  • Support Costco programs and customer-specific packaging requirements across multiple brands, including retail-ready and distribution packaging such as shippers, case packs, cartons, labels and related artwork, based on retailer specifications and internal direction.
  • Manage assigned projects from initial concept through final production, balancing creative development with technical accuracy, timelines, brand standards and retailer requirements.
  • Create and adapt packaging artwork using dielines; apply strong layout, typography, color theory and grid structure while ensuring all copy, dimensions, callouts, legal/required information and production details are accurate.
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Design, Sales and other cross-functional teams to understand product attributes and translate requests into clear, effective visual communication.
  • Work within licensor and retailer brand guidelines while bringing forward thoughtful, on-brand design solutions and recommendations for updates or improvements when appropriate.
