About The Position

This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group, in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm’s institutional and private wealth business growth. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills to help drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the firm’s wealth platforms globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management, private markets and/or asset management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 Years Required; Relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, private markets, investment banking, or asset/wealth management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating materials for senior executives.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and urgency.
  • Desire to join a growing asset management platform with the highest ethical and performance standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global wealth management strategies and structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm’s Global Client platforms.
  • Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategy.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee key initiatives from inception to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, marketing) and external partners to support business objectives.
