This position requires a Senior Associate General Counsel with expertise in Managed Health Disputes. The role involves leading and managing legal projects with general independence, overseeing outside counsel, and serving as a primary attorney for specific legal subject matters. The attorney will also support and mentor junior staff, analyze legal and regulatory risks, provide practical legal solutions, and deliver advice while protecting enterprise interests and mitigating risk. The role contributes to strategic imperatives, manages outside legal relationships and budgets, and ensures compliance with the enterprise Code of Conduct. Access to Protected Health Information (PHI) will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for job functions and shared on a need-to-know basis.
