Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative

Lume DeodorantNew York, NY
$71,200 - $89,000Hybrid

About The Position

This role owns the complete loop of performance creative, from pulling insights and writing the brief, to shooting and editing the asset, to trafficking it into paid channels and reading the results. The Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative will work across three brands (Harry's, Flamingo and Lume), contributing towards a high-velocity creative engine that turns consumer understanding into measurable growth for new products. The position sits within the Upstream team and reports to the Director of Upstream Innovation, Brand Marketing, working closely with Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain. This is an opportunity to drive creative output and media performance simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Full-stack growth creative who is energized by owning the whole process.
  • Background in performance marketing, content creation, or growth.
  • Comfortable in a spreadsheet and behind & in-front of a camera when necessary.
  • Customer-obsessed: instinctively asks what the customer needs to hear, not just what the brand wants to say.
  • Data-fluent: can pull and interpret performance data independently, and uses it to make better creative decisions.
  • A maker: hands-on by default. Shooting, editing, and designing are things they actually do, not things they delegate.
  • AI-believer and adoptor: sees AI tools as a creative accelerator and is actively building fluency in the latest generation of generative video, image, and copy tools.
  • Socially native: understands the nuance of how audiences consume content differently on TikTok vs. Meta vs. YouTube, and designs briefs for those differences instinctively.
  • Fast and iterative: high-output environments energize them. Can move quickly without losing craft or curiosity.
  • A clear communicator: can tailor a message — written or verbal — to any room, from a creative review to a leadership readout.
  • Proactive: comfortable with ambiguity and will create structure where there isn't any rather than waiting for it.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative, or a related role — ideally at a DTC brand, agency, or startup where they touched creative and media together.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms — Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager — including campaign setup, daily optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in creative production tools: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or Figma.
  • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, performance analysis, and test tracking.
  • Experience briefing and producing UGC or creator-led content.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing media across Google, Snap, or YouTube in addition to Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience working across multiple brands simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Mine performance data, consumer insights, and platform trends to identify what's working, what's stale, and what's worth testing next.
  • Develop testable creative hypotheses — framing the 'why' behind each concept before production begins.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs (for yourself and external collaborators) that translate consumer truth into executional direction.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume category landscapes to surface opportunities and whitespace.
  • Ideate, concept, and script, 5+ net-new creative concepts per week, per product for paid social.
  • Produce assets across formats: short-form video, static, UGC-style, and light motion — comfortable owning end-to-end with minimal handoffs.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Veo, Imagen, ChatGPT) to generate, iterate, and accelerate asset production.
  • Support content capture on set — from scrappy phone shoots to larger-scale productions.
  • Traffic and launch campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and others), independently managing day-to-day ad operations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics daily, flag meaningful trends, and make real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency of spend.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing and learning plan — clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and stakeholder-ready readouts.
  • Translate performance results into the next iteration of creative, closing the loop between what ran and what gets made next.
  • Report on learnings to cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating what worked, what didn't, and what we do next.
