About The Position

This role will work with a range of teams at Fidelity including Fidelity Technology, Platform, Analytics, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance teams, among others. The Financial Solutions team, part of Strategic Advisors, develops the research, quantitative methodologies, and decision frameworks that underpin the financial advice and guidance Fidelity provides to wealth, brokerage, and workplace customers through representatives and digital experiences. The team works across traditional planning boundaries, bringing together financial planning, profiling, tax planning, investment planning, optimization, behavioral insights, and technology. We research complex customer problems, develop and test potential solutions, and partner across Fidelity to bring those solutions to market. Our work includes developing methodologies for retirement planning which include tax-efficient withdrawals, Roth conversions, savings and distribution strategies, retirement-income funding, healthcare decision support tools, and other decisions that require customers to coordinate their financial plans with their investment portfolios. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
