About The Position

We are seeking a strategic problem solver and intellectually curious associate to join our Finance team to support our fast-paced Brex Integration. As a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, and modeling, while building strong relationships with cross-functional partners. You will manage financial performance and equip leadership with critical financial insights, directly influencing strategy and driving business outcomes during this pivotal transition. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis
• At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to conduct analysis, pull relevant insights, and drive action plans.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while remaining resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Highly organized and well-managed, with the ability to independently prioritize and manage a demanding workload.
• Proven ability to foster trusted business partnerships across all levels and departments of the organization.
• A demonstrated passion to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously develop both traditional FP&A and technical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis
• 3+ years’ experience with financial modeling
• 1+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Drive the Integration: Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility related to the Brex integration.
• Navigate Complexity: Seamlessly navigate complex, cross-functional workstreams to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance.
• Executive Visibility: Develop compelling presentations and present insights to executives from all over the company to influence both business and financial outcomes.
• Deliver Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to deliver accurate and meaningful financial management reporting, enabling our partners to meet their financial and business objectives.
• Manage Risk: Provide transparency on costs and business drivers, clearly communicating risks and opportunities to budget targets.
• Project Management: Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects as they arise in this dynamic environment.
