About The Position

This role is part of the Business Planning team, in the Experience & Digital Marketing organization (E&DM). Business Planning supports E&DM and enterprise partners through (1) management of E&DM’s integrated business plan, roadmap, and portfolio of work, (2) mobilization and delivery management of large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects that support E&DM’s strategic goals, and (3) the empowerment of E&DM employees to organically grow, connect, and collaborate to achieve business outcomes. The Senior Associate would be responsible for supporting the Brand Program Business Planning Lead in the mobilization, production, and delivery management of large-scale brand and experience marketing programs by defining and facilitating the planning, sequencing, production, and delivery of integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate is a motivated, adaptable, and extremely detail-oriented individual who can support large-scale brand and experience marketing production efforts — from campaign planning and creative development through to production shoot coordination, post-production, final asset delivery, launch readiness, and reporting. They should understand how creative campaigns and films come to life, including preproduction, production shoots, post-production, talent coordination, contractual dependencies, budget tracking, rights and usage considerations, deliverable management, and cross-channel activation. Eagerness to engage with and listen to employees and partners of all levels, bringing passion, production discipline, strategic planning detail, and thoughtfulness to every interaction is key. A strong team player who takes direction well, follows through reliably, and knows how to support senior program leads, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity, flexibility, and good judgment is desired. Strong written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to create and manage detailed project and production plans, facilitate cross-functional teams of stakeholders, synthesize outputs, and ask the right questions to uncover dependencies, risks, and production needs. The candidate should be a critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple details across fast-moving workstreams, highly organized, and able to bring structure, calm, and momentum when timelines shift, talent availability changes, edits evolve, budgets move, or stakeholders need fast alignment.
