The Senior Associate Director, Marketing Systems and Automation owns Booth's marketing automation strategy and execution. This role works across Booth marketing and the broader school to implement automation that enhances efficiency, with a primary focus on Executive Education and additional support for Booth Marketing's wider initiatives. The position is responsible for all aspects of the MarTech Stack, including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, and Workfront, managing databases for Booth Marketing, automating campaign execution (emails, segmentation, lead workflows, lead scoring, nurturing streams, landing pages, forms), and developing forecasting reports. Expertise in this role will be utilized to oversee system training, ensuring accurate reporting of business activities. The role collaborates closely with the Marketing Operations team on new marketing automation initiatives, including modernization and change management of project management systems, agentic builds, integrations, and the rollout of marketing collaboration platforms. This position focuses on maintaining and improving marketing systems while providing coaching and support to colleagues. It requires a self-starter with business acumen, an understanding of overall business objectives, AI frameworks, agentic workflows, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors. The role combines marketing strategy with operational oversight for effective marketing technology management and strategic execution. As marketing automation evolves across the organization, this role will extend its systems expertise to support automation for centers and partners, connect data infrastructure to systems and processes, and help unify platforms and best practices across business units.
