This role supports the North American Client Group Marketing department by implementing email and marketing automation campaigns that focus on client acquisition, retention, and share of wallet. This role requires a data-driven mindset, robust knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tactics (specifically Pardot and Salesforce), and a rich understanding of the financial advisor and institutional investor sales process and client journey.
