About The Position

As Senior Associate - Digital Product Ops, you will lead critical workstreams in the strategic Authorizations Modernization Program (AMP) to transform AXP’s authorization business process and platforms from legacy mainframe to modern distributed cloud native design. You will work with cross-functional program/project teams to ensure the desired results are achieved, actively overseeing journey delivery, testing and migration. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder leadership skills and should have the ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership. The incumbent must work well in a dynamic, sophisticated environment and under deadline pressures and be able to coordinate the efforts of a large agile team. The incumbent will work closely with a wide array of Strategy, Product & Technology teams, as well as partner in areas such as Servicing, Non-Risk, and Operational Risk.
