Membership Portfolio Services, within the US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. The Amex Offers Digital Media Product team provides the technical capabilities to enable sourcing, setup, targeting, fulfillment, and measurement of Amex Offers campaigns. Our platforms are part of the Digital Offers Ecosystem; a collection of teams and capabilities that are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Amex Offers. The Sr. Associate will be responsible for delivering new features and ongoing enhancements to DiMO, an internal platform used by Sales and Marketing Operations Colleagues to onboard Amex Offers. This includes translating business needs into product requirements, supporting delivery across Agile teams, and ensuring a strong feedback loop through execution of the team’s quarterly CSAT program. This role will also play a key part in identifying and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline user workflows, and enhance the overall offer onboarding experience.
