About The Position

This role focuses on the engineering, implementation, support, and security of desktop environments. The Senior Associate will be responsible for designing and deploying desktop images, managing endpoint tools, and providing advanced troubleshooting. They will also ensure compliance with security policies, participate in IT projects, and collaborate with various teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages.
Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support.
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues.
Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support.
Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards.
Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure.
Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
