About The Position

You will play an integral role in building our business strategy on our Live Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics Pillar. Your primary goal will focus on opportunities to improve Dasher supply & hours by getting into the weeds and really understanding what’s happening on the ground, developing and testing hypotheses, and scaling that impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
Able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
Can crunch data in SQL/excel independently.
Love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren’t afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future.
Able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front and with optimism.
Comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of operations which may require working weekends and holidays
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
