About The Position

This is a limited one-year appointment as a Senior Associate and Member of The Emory Clinic at Emory University's School of Medicine. The role is non-renewable and effective July 1, 2026, or upon successful completion of credentialing, including a Georgia License and a DEA with a Georgia address, and applicable Board requirements. Employment is contingent on successful completion of reference and background checks, School of Medicine Approval, and appropriate legal work authorization. Employment with The Emory Clinic and Emory University, School of Medicine will end on June 30, 2027. Employment by The Emory Clinic includes a two (2) year, twenty-five (25) mile restrictive covenant. Benefits are provided by Emory University. This is a non-binding agreement, with an official employment offer contingent on successful completion of credentialing, references, background checks, and board requirements.

Requirements

Georgia License
DEA with a Georgia address
Completion of credentialing processing
Meeting applicable Board requirements
Successful completion of reference and background checks
School of Medicine Approval
Appropriate legal work authorization to be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Assist in clinic as needed.
Participate in call rotation: one weekday call per week and one weekend per month.
Provide interventional service rounds on call weekends.
Evaluate in-patient consults on behalf of the Interventional service.
Write all notes in EPIC, using Interventional templates when applicable for each patient encounter, in conjunction with other providers of the Interventional team.
Schedule and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet practice demand as necessary.
Inpatient call schedule to be determined based on the rotation location and schedule.
