About The Position

This role is for a Senior Associate, Member of The Emory Clinic with a limited one-year appointment, non-renewable, effective July 1, 2026, or upon successful completion of credentialing processing. Employment with The Emory Clinic and Emory University, School of Medicine will end on June 30, 2027. Employment by The Emory Clinic includes a two (2) year, twenty-five (25) mile restrictive covenant. Benefits are provided by Emory University. This is a non-binding agreement, with an official employment offer contingent on successful completion of credentialing, references, background checks, and board requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have a Georgia License.
  • Must have a DEA with a Georgia address.
  • Must meet applicable Board requirements.
  • Must successfully complete reference and background checks.
  • Must receive School of Medicine Approval.
  • Must have appropriate legal work authorization to be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must complete credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in clinic as needed.
  • Provide weekday call coverage one time per week and weekend call coverage one time per month.
  • Perform interventional service rounds on call weekends.
  • Evaluate in-patient consults on behalf of the Interventional service.
  • In conjunction with other providers of the Interventional team, responsible for writing all notes in EPIC, using Interventional templates when applicable for each patient encounter.
  • Schedule and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet practice demand as necessary.
  • Inpatient call schedule to be determined based on the rotation location and schedule.
