About The Position

Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Associate, Commercial Marketing to build the content engine that powers our commercial go-to-market motion across multiple lines of business. You’ll create webinars, one-pagers, microsites, email programs, and other sales-facing and prospect-facing assets that bring our MSK story to life, open new opportunities, and help our commercial teams engage buyers more effectively throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, commercial marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience creating prospect- and sales-facing content such as webinars, one-pagers, emails, presentations, landing pages, and microsites for a B2B audience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and project management tools, including at least one CMS for sales content (e.g., Highspot), a webinar platform (e.g., Zoom), and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • A B2B marketer and content builder with experience creating high-impact, sales-facing and prospect-facing assets that support complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • A strong writer, editor, and project manager who can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust with commercial, marketing, creative, and operations teams, and can incorporate feedback without losing sight of the brief.
  • AI-forward and curious—comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content development, research, and synthesis while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by helping sales teams win.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health, or with enterprise buyers such as benefits decision-makers or HR leaders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and how marketing and sales teams use it to track opportunities and campaigns.
  • Experience supporting RFP content and other late-stage deal materials in a B2B commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate content workflows, research, and synthesis.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our commercial priorities, target audiences, and existing content library, building strong relationships with Commercial Marketing Managers and key commercial stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of in-flight content requests, including sales enablement materials and webinars, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and on time.
  • Develop and execute a steady drumbeat of sales enablement and thought leadership content (e.g., webinars, one-pagers, emails, presentations, landing pages, microsites) mapped to key stages of the buyer journey and our go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead webinar content and execution end to end—from concepting and speaker coordination to promotion support and follow-up assets—so webinars reliably drive engagement and influence pipeline.
  • Support campaigns with targeted content that opens new business opportunities and helps commercial teams tell a clear, differentiated story to prospects.
  • Own our internal commercial content management system (e.g., Highspot), ensuring assets are up to date, easy to find, and aligned to sales stages, lines of business, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Serve as a go-to partner for RFP content and other prospect-facing materials, helping teams communicate Hinge Health’s value clearly and consistently across channels.
  • Continuously improve how we plan, produce, and measure commercial content, using AI tools and marketing systems to drive efficiency and quality across your work.
