The Senior Marketing Associate plays a key role in the development, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, web content, digital advertising, sponsorship promotion, and audience nurturing initiatives. The role contributes to both campaign execution and marketing strategy, helping identify opportunities for audience growth, lifecycle engagement, conversion optimization, and expanded market visibility. Working across teams, this position supports marketing strategies tied to NCBE products, programs, events, and organizational priorities. The role helps manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing, marketing automation workflows, and performance tracking through platforms such as HubSpot, while contributing data-informed insights that improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong digital marketing and content development skills, experience executing both organic and paid marketing strategies, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with high-quality execution in a fast-moving environment.
