We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Fund and Investor Services Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of total work experience preferred, ideally within Financial Services with exposure to client types or products such as Hedge or Pension funds.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, Sales Support, Global Capital Markets, or Product Management is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the region.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities and an understanding of local/cultural nuances are helpful to build client trust.
  • No direct people leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of new business through a portfolio of existing client relationships and/or new prospects, focusing on revenue growth by deepening and expanding existing relationships and cultivating new business.
  • Oversee maintenance of the tracking database and assist in creating and maintaining divisional reports and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (client service, operations, marketing, legal, compliance) to ensure all risk management and compliance activities related to business development and account management are conducted and documented.
  • Support the full sales lifecycle including account planning, sales hygiene, client feedback, and cross-product solution ideation to meet client needs and achieve firm objectives.
