Senior Associate, Business Operations & Analytics
About The Position
Jerry.ai is seeking Senior Associates for its Business Operations & Analytics team to drive data insights and inform decision-making across various business units including Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships. This role involves embedding within a core business area to own the analytical function end-to-end, defining problems, surfacing data insights, and driving recommendations and outcomes. The position is designed for individuals who are first principles thinkers, direct communicators, and owners, aiming to help Jerry.ai scale from 5 million to 50 million customers and become a $10 billion business in the next four years.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Comfortable with SQL or Python.
Responsibilities
- Define the right problems: Understand the business question an analysis will answer and the decision it will inform, pushing back if the question is flawed.
- Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key metrics.
- Drive outcomes: Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations, explaining findings and suggesting next steps.
