About The Position

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, Space and Missions Systems (SMS) Business Development Operations. The role involves supporting segment reporting and reviews, analyzing and reporting on the opportunity pipeline and gate reviews, tracking and assessing pipeline opportunities to ensure the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and appropriate progress is maintained. The associate will also work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans, identify business process efficiencies through AI tools, and complete ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field, OR have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Nice To Haves

• MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint skills
• Some knowledge of MS-Power BI and/or MS-SharePoint
• MS-Power Apps and/or MS-Power Automate skills would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Support Segment reporting and reviews (e.g., Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews, business development data quality reports, upcoming proposal analysis, segment metric reporting, etc.)
• Analyze and report on opportunity pipeline and gate reviews: Track, review, and assess pipeline opportunities to ensure the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and appropriate progress is maintained for each opportunity
• Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans
• Identify business process efficiencies that can be gained from use of AI tools
• Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting assigned
