About The Position
We are recruiting a Senior Associate-level Attorney to join an in-house legal team supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure, and data center projects. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission
- 6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactions
- Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure projects
- Experience advising internal stakeholders in an in-house environment
- Familiarity with U.S. energy markets and regulatory frameworks
Responsibilities
- Advise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets
- Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements
- Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities
- Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams
- Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters
