Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in private equity, AML/KYC, or a related role within alternative asset investment firms.
  • Strong analytical skills specific to AML/KYC.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume work environments.
  • Professional and effective communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Ability to provide outstanding client service.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate well in teams and be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience or interest in managing and training offshore resources.
  • US-based and able to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.
  • Located in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Verifies and leads AML/KYC reviews for both investor and investment levels using proprietary software.
  • Coordinates with onshore and offshore teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintains detailed oversight of ongoing reviews.
  • Manages client communications and handles routine and ad-hoc information requests.
  • Supports multiple Private Equity funds.
  • Oversees offshore resources daily, ensuring adherence to client processes and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Drives process improvements and assesses operational effectiveness, contributing to process development.
  • Ensures accurate record keeping across systems and monitors team performance.
