Requirements

  • Strong grasp of Python, including OOP, decorators, and async programming.
  • Ability to build REST APIs and CLI tools.
  • Understanding of prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.
  • Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • SQL and Spark basics, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
  • Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
  • Basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
  • Interest in autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
  • Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.
  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization.
  • Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day activities related to AI Enablement Engineering.
  • Build REST APIs and CLI tools using Python.
  • Understand and apply GenAI & RAG concepts including prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.
  • Handle data using SQL and Spark, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
  • Utilize software engineering practices such as Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
  • Gain basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
  • Explore agentic AI concepts such as autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
  • Work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.
