Requirements

Strong grasp of Python, including OOP, decorators, and async programming.
Ability to build REST APIs and CLI tools.
Understanding of prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.
Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
SQL and Spark basics, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
Basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
Interest in autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.
Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization.
Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day activities related to AI Enablement Engineering.
Build REST APIs and CLI tools using Python.
Understand and apply GenAI & RAG concepts including prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.
Handle data using SQL and Spark, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
Utilize software engineering practices such as Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
Gain basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
Explore agentic AI concepts such as autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
Work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.
