Senior Associate - AI Enablement Engineer
About The Position

Requirements
- Strong grasp of Python, including OOP, decorators, and async programming.
- Ability to build REST APIs and CLI tools.
- Understanding of GenAI & RAG basics: prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.
- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- SQL and Spark basics, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
- Software Engineering Practices: Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
- Interest in agentic AI concepts: autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.
- Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization.
- Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics & Computing, or related technical disciplines, with strong fundamentals in programming, data handling, and AI concepts.
