About The Position

Caliber Car Wash is hiring a full-time Senior Assistant Site Manager to help operate its state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. The role supports site operations and is responsible for managing the site when the regular Site Manager is absent. The successful candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, contribute to business growth, and communicate company goals to branch staff. Caliber is seeking a proactive, service-oriented leader interested in a long-term career and professional growth with the company.

Requirements

At least two years of management experience; service industry experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to develop and train a workforce, build relationships, and achieve results through others.
Ability to proactively develop and use effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
Passion for superior customer service and pride in driving location success.
Excellent listening, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
Strong attention to detail, a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and ability to see work through to completion.
