About The Position

This Senior Assistant Actuary position is an individual contributor role with significant project oversight responsibility for supervising reserve analyses for various product lines, as well as ownership of our CAY process and its modernization. There is room for growth into expanded responsibilities over time. The role can be based in either Philadelphia, PA or Whitehouse Station, NJ, and reports to Brian Drissel.

Requirements

• Significant project oversight responsibility for supervising reserve analyses for various product lines.
• Ownership of CAY process and its modernization.
• Ability to manage quarterly CAY tracking, working with all pricing units and senior actuarial leadership.
• Ability to modernize the CAY process for streamlined processing and clarity.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance on processing of CAY catastrophes.
• Ability to supervise loss and ALAE reserves reviews and communicate the results to actuarial and divisional business management.
