About The Position

The Senior Assembler packages materials or products into containers, or fills containers from spouts or chutes, according to applicable SOPs, work instructions, and the Fill and Package Record. The role keeps equipment and manufacturing areas clean during operations, at shift end, and as otherwise assigned. The Senior Assembler follows safe work practices, complies with applicable cGMP requirements, and reports unsafe or non-cGMP-compliant behavior and practices to the appropriate personnel. The position also participates in required cGMP training and team initiatives to improve the work environment, product quality, and efficiency. Within assigned areas of responsibility, the employee complies with LTS Lakewood, LLC safety, environmental, and quality procedures, applicable regulations, and instructions from the Supervisor or Group Leader.

• Use safe work practices and comply with applicable cGMP requirements.
• Comply with applicable safety, environmental, and quality procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Attend required cGMP training.

Responsibilities

• Package materials or products into containers or fill containers from spouts or chutes in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and the Fill and Package Record.
• Keep equipment and the manufacturing area clean during normal operations, at the end of the shift, and as otherwise assigned.
• Employ safe work practices and immediately report unsafe behavior or practices and recommendations for safety improvements to the Line Leader and/or Supervisor.
• Follow applicable cGMP requirements and immediately report non-compliant behavior or practices to the Line Leader, Quality Assurance, or Production Supervisor.
• Attend required training sessions to maintain knowledge of cGMP.
• Participate in team efforts to improve the work environment, product quality, efficiencies, and other beneficial business initiatives.
• Comply with LTS Lakewood, LLC safety, environmental, and quality practices and procedures, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and relevant organizational or departmental guidelines and SOPs.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Group Leader.
