About The Position

Jayman BUILT is seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager to play a key role in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet, a 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary. This is a highly visible role requiring a polished teammate, able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life. The company is a 28-time Builder of the Year in Alberta and a Multiple Award-Winning Best Managed Company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in new home in a senior or management sales role.
  • A track record of leading teams to exceed goals in a competitive market.
  • Provable success in meeting and exceeding sales and customer service targets for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Ability to sell vision and lifestyle, brand and customer experience.
  • Deep understanding of the new home sales process — presales, construction phases, possession milestones, and the emotional journey buyers go through.
  • A motivating coach who elevates the people around them.
  • Build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and inspire your team to bring their best every day.

  • Experience with master-planned or luxury communities is a distinct asset.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of the team.
  • Monitoring activities of the team and ensure we are providing the customer experience expected.
  • Cognizant of appointments being made with our Area Sales Manager’s to actively engage with the customers.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales budget.
  • Coach Ambassadors/Demonstrators on demonstrations and discovery.
